- Schedule guests appointments accurately and efficiently, and manage the studio's schedule
- Provide superior customer service for patient queries received via phone, email and text
- Demonstrate consistent, high-quality customer service for all patients during their appointment process from time of booking to check-out
- Ensure all therapy rooms are clean, adequately stocked, and ready for the day’s appointments.
- Assist in ordering office supplies and patient-specific care items
- Complete transactions accurately, including creating invoices for guests, and ensure end-of-day accounting and receivables are finalized
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities in different scenarios that are aligned with superior patient-oriented outcomes and customer service
- Previous reception or concierge experience (1 year minimum) required
