As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations management - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Experience: - Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Knowledge of guest services principles and practices - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Familiarity with Front Desk operations and hotel software systems is beneficial We offer competitive pay and benefits packages for our employees.
