RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet guests upon their arrival and provide a hospitable welcome
· Check guests in, ensure payment has been taken, and provide information about the resort.
· Make reservations, provide room and resort information, take payment and send confirmations.
· Answer phone calls and provide knowledgeable information about the resort and amenities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette and listening abilities
· Impressive communication and interpersonal abilities; excellent grammar and spelling.
· Reliable, responsible individual with flexibility to work varying and extended shifts
· Attention to detail to ensure an error-free work environment
· Effective organization and time-management skills to prioritize and complete tasks on time
· Front desk experience is an asset, but we will train reliable, responsible individuals with excellent customer service experience and abilities.
