Specializes in purchasing and processing all ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual who is a go-to person , forward thinker, and excellent problem solver to join our team in Truro, NS as an Office Administrator!
As the successful individual, you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Highly self-motivated, energetic personality
- Knowledge in Excel, Word, and other office systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am-5:00pm, Saturdays from 8am-12:30 pm
What you will be doing:
- Cash management
- High customer service levels met and maintained
- Assisting with purchasing, monitoring, and tracking inventory
- Identify gaps and create efficiencies where needed
- Liase with external providers including all Sales Teams
- Identify and fix any payout discrepancies or situations on the spot
