Reporting directly to the Executive Director the function of the Office Manager is to plan, organize, direct, control, implement and evaluate the operation of financial and accounting department. Develop and implement the financial policies performance standards for the company and managing of daily office requirements including but not limited to bookkeeping, customer service, and some HR functions
