Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in office administration or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of clerical tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and Google Drive, Mail Chimp
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
