Office Administrator
Hanatech Inc. is looking for an energetic Office Administrator to join our rapidly growing technology team. Responsibilities
· Schedule meetings and interviews for CFO
· Operate as a book keeper. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
· Assist managers with creating invoices
· Friendly, professional and multi-cultural environment
· Answer telephone and e-mail inquiries, relay messages and information accurately, with follow-up, as required
· Purchase office supplies, groceries
· Payroll- track time, vacation, bi-weekly system
· Communicate with clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner
· Process incoming and outgoing mail, telephone calls, email
· Arrange business trips, which include booking hotels, flights, and rental vehicles
· Manage projects for our field techs, negotiate changes, proactive and attention to detail
· Create letters and contracts, follow up and respond to requests with quick turnaround
· Manage social media accounts
· Maintain presentation of offices and dispose of garbage weekly
Qualifications
· Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
· University degree in business or related field is an asset
· Someone who can communicate effectively across different levels of professionals, both verbal and written
· Strong work ethic with a “make it happen” attitude
· Familiar with MS Office; Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Strong organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent activities
· Able to work overtime as may be asked by the organization
