Office Administrator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Collect payments from patients
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Oversee front desk operations and greet visitors
- Submit direct billing to Blue Cross, Telus Health, Etc.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Account Reconciliation
-Light cleaning

Experience:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Social Media management
- 1 year experience using Jane (software) MANDATORY
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in team management or supervisory role is preferred
