Event Coordinator/Front Desk

The event coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of various events and overseeing event supplies. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a flexible work schedule. The right candidate will be able to plan, coordinate and execute events in a way that both pleases our customers and makes them feel welcome. The event coordinator will be working front desk on Saturday's as well as running parties.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate birthday parties for our clients
• Plan special events and space rentals
• Coordinate with families
• Organize party materials and take ownership over activities and planning
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to multitask front desk duties and running events
• Has the ability to book clients in, answer the phone, respond to emails, etc

Certifications:

• Ideally has Serve It Right
• First Aid Training

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 12 per week
