We're located on a gorgeous vineyard on Okanagan Lake and we're looking for an Event Coordinator for weddings from May - Oct.
Duties on site will include managing time line, execution of set up and takedown of tables & chairs, greeting & checking in guests, assisting and directing guests, setting up and tear down of decor, managing guests for safety protocols and managing vendors and ensuring rules are met. Looking for a quick learner who can understand how the day runs smoothly and can help execute the tasks on the day. Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Typical hours will be 11am-7pm - However Bridal packages vary so some closing shifts of 2pm-12am may consist.
Hours may be longer from time to time so it's a bonus if you're flexible.
-Must be willing to work holidays and weekends in Summer Months
-Must be able to lift 40 Lbs
- Background in customer service, hospitality or event/wedding coordination is a plus.
-Bonus if you have worked in the wine industry and want more hours that can work in the tasting room when we don't have weddings.
