Events Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking an organized, motivated Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of events at our resort, from initial planning stages through to completion.

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all events.

- Promptly respond to all event-related emails and inquiries.

- Collaborate effectively with team members to assist in event planning and execution.

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and various file formatting types for efficient event management.

- Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service role.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
