Duties
- Manage and organize the executive's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handle email and phone communications, ensuring effective and timely responses.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Coordinate tasks and projects, delegating responsibilities to relevant team members when needed.
- Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Handle administrative duties such as expense reports, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
- Anticipate and address potential issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Marketing platform experience, ie. Instagram, red book
- Graphic design experience (please attach some work samples to your resume)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.75-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
