SCHEDULE:

Monday- Friday 8 Hours/day

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator/Treatment Co-Ordinator is required
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Recall Max and Tracker is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Customer service mindset
• RDA experience is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
• Present treatment options, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
• Greeting patients in person or over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments to optimize the schedules.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and extremely patient focused approach with an understanding of systems and processes.
• Competent and confident with checking out patients after the completion of the treatment.
• Updating patient information on internal database and handling all insurance related inquiries.
