SCHEDULE:
Monday- Friday 8 Hours/day
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator/Treatment Co-Ordinator is required
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Recall Max and Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Customer service mindset
- RDA experience is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Encourage patient acceptance of the dental treatment plan by meeting their needs, answering questions and creating value for the proposed treatment
- Present treatment options, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate patients to case acceptance
- Greeting patients in person or over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments to optimize the schedules.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and extremely patient focused approach with an understanding of systems and processes.
- Competent and confident with checking out patients after the completion of the treatment.
- Updating patient information on internal database and handling all insurance related inquiries.
