We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to build a team that can help with trimming and cultivation duties as we grow. We are a smaller operation so as time goes on we want to build our team, hours are limited to the amount of work available for the moment which is two lots of product.

We are looking for hard working team members (1+ positions) who can help us trim our final dried craft cannabis flower. This motivated person will be part of our trimming team and join our company and carry out your responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate has some experience with cannabis, be it on small or large scale.

We want hard-working and passionate people who are willing to learn and be part of our team.

Must be able to work independently, quickly, and with a good sense of direction. This position requires working inside standing or sitting doing repetitive work for the majority of the shift, so the successful candidate will have strong physical stamina and a positive attitude. You will be reporting to the trim operations manager who will guide your work, but you must be able to work independently once trained.

Responsibilities:

• Hand trim final dried cannabis flower
• Record weights for the day and organize/package final products in bulk packaging
• Use hand-trimming scissors and stand/sit for the majority of the shift
• Maintain equipment in a safe manner
• Maintain personal safety and keep a high pace of trimming
• Work well in close proximity to other trimming staff

What to Expect:

• Work will be based on the amount of cannabis that needs to be trimmed and how many people are trimming
• Preference of a minimum of 6+ hour shifts Monday-Friday
• Ideally your work with our team can be continued later with the company for cultivation help and trimming for the next harvest, lots of potential to grow with the company but this will be a casual position at first
• There will be approx 1-2 weeks of work this harvest and your skills and abilities will be assessed for future opportunities as we are a small operation and are growing with harvests every few weeks.

Pay is $18/hour with room for movement up in the future based on performance.
