Underground Surveyor

We are currently looking to recruit an Underground Surveyor to join our team for work in Rocanville, SK.

Required Knowledge, Experience, and Skill Set including, but not limited to the following:

• Operates total station to run underground control surveys;
• Operates standard survey devices such as levels and measuring devices;
• Log data as required;
• Operation of UG RTV;
• Verify and markup excavation points;
• Gather data for client hold points;
• Markup and Installation of Ground support;
• Working with Industrial Tools;
• Basic Rigging;
• Heavy Equipment Operation;

The successful applicant will possess a working knowledge of surveying with a total station and also have the ability to assist a mining crew as needed. The individual should be skilled in the basic operation of mining equipment and have a good understanding of all mining activities, industrial construction and shaft and drift development. Surveying experience is a must have skill.

Any level of trade certification is considered an asset.
