Reporting to the Vice-President (Academic and Research), the Registrar directs and manages St. Thomas University's academic registration and record-keeping program to ensure accuracy and completeness of all academic records. The position is responsible for providing guidance and advice on academic regulations to all university stakeholders, course timetable and registration, and is primarily responsible for managing the information on the student information system. The Registrar provides leadership to staff working in the Registrar's Office, Academic Advising, and the Writing Centre. The Registrar works closely with other senior administrators on academic program development, academic policies, and student retention initiatives.
