US Tax Filing Administrator

The Role:*
As a Tax Filing Administrator, you will help ensure our client's local, state and federal taxes are filed accurately and on time. This role involves strong communication skills when talking to clients and government agencies via phone, and email, and high attention to detail when remitting payments to government agencies.

Responsibilities:*

• Remit Client local, state, and federal taxes on a timely basis
• Correspond with government agencies and resolve inquiries
• Prepare and file accurate W-2 forms on a timely basis
• Handle year-end filings such as 1099 and 940/941 forms
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and their employees
• Recommend improvements on company Tax Filing processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:*

• 3-4 years of experience in payroll filing local, state and federal taxes
• Well-versed in US payroll laws
• Previous experience with W-2 filings and related tasks
• Strong communication skills to handle employee and client inquiries
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• Tax filing/payments: 3 years (Required)
