As a member of the team at Liberty, you are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Greeting customers at reception; answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• General filing, scanning & photocopying
• Providing accounting & administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
• Highly organized with exceptional multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge and/or experience in Canadian Tax Preparation is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly manage and solve problems under demanding situations
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal

Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
