As a member of the team at Liberty, you are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Greeting customers at reception; answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- General filing, scanning & photocopying
- Providing accounting & administrative support
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
- Highly organized with exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge and/or experience in Canadian Tax Preparation is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly manage and solve problems under demanding situations
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
