Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Utilize QuickBooks to process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner
- Schedule customers for estimates or insulation services
- Assign insulation associates for scheduled jobs
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist customers with rebate programs available
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate as needed
- Customer relationship management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional phone/email etiquette
- Ability to sit for long periods at a desk
