Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers both online and in-person, understanding their needs to recommend the perfect vehicle.
• Showcase our diverse range of used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits, and using our unique 360-degree online inventory view.
• Guide customers through the entire buying process, from selection to delivery, providing transparent financing solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with our logistics team to arrange for the delivery of vehicles across Atlantic Canada.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Car Sales or a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and rapport-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,466.51-$126,679.32 per year
