- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

- Resolve customer issues and complaints to achieve complete customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and problem-resolution

- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company updates to better assist customers

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette

- Strong Customer Service orientation with a passion for helping others

- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient computer skills and experience using Customer Service software

- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a plus
