Position Overview:
As the Internet Sales and Inventory Manager for our Used Vehicles, you will play a crucial role in managing online leads, maintaining inventory listings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase. Working closely with our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing the visibility and sales potential of our pre-owned vehicle inventory through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Internet Leads: Promptly respond to incoming leads from third-party websites and our dealership website specifically related to our pre-owned vehicle inventory. Provide detailed information about available Used Vehicles and dealership services.
- Manage Online Inventory: Take high-quality photos of pre-owned vehicles and accurately upload them to third-party websites and our dealership website. Regularly update inventory listings with accurate vehicle descriptions, specifications, and pricing information.
- Book Appointments: Schedule appointments with leads interested in our Used Vehicles, coordinating with the sales team to ensure they are fully briefed on customer preferences and requirements.
- Utilize CRM Database: Effectively utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to track and follow up with potential customers interested in our pre-owned inventory. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update information as necessary.
- Adjust Pricing: Collaborate with the used car manager to adjust pricing for our pre-owned vehicles based on market trends, vehicle condition, and dealership objectives. Ensure pricing strategies remain competitive and aligned with our sales goals.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach in all interactions with leads and customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to enhance the overall buying experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, Internet Sales, or customer service, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles, is preferred.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for inventory management and online lead management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information about our Used Vehicle inventory.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and Inventory listings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online inventory management platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
