About the role
We are looking for a UX Analyst for our growing team!
As a UX Analyst, you play a key role as interpreter and facilitator with the different business units, designers and IT. You will be at the heart of a small team whose sole mission is to create, improve and refine a digital product to such an extent that the product is the best not only in the insurance field, but on the web in general.
What you will accomplish with us:
- Analyze business needs to define UX and IT solutions as well as the user experience.
- Facilitate/participate in business needs specification workshops to specify UX and IT solutions.
- Conduct impact analyzes and then document the solution using effective methods and interacting with both business domain users and the project team.
- Participate in Design Thinking activities with stakeholders.
- Support the “Product Owner” in defining and prioritizing the “backlog”.
- Writing of the consumable “scope” by UX designers.
- Support and create change processes in business units.
- Build and maintain functional, robust, precise and accessible documentation for all company stakeholders.
What you will benefit from:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- No prior experience required
- Project experiences in Agile mode
- Experience and knowledge in the insurance field
- Mastery of JIRA & CONFLUENCE
- Knowledge of Axure or Figma
No work experience in Canada required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada.
