SalaryVet To Pet Animal Clinic is looking for a full time Veterinary Assistant. We are a three-doctor veterinary practice that offers both in clinic and mobile veterinary services. This position is Monday-Thursday or Tuesday to Friday (8am-6pm) with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. We do also provide urgent care shifts from 2 pm-midnight Monday to Thursday for increased pay benefits!
This position will require you to help restrain animals undergoing treatment and surgery, cleaning a hospital setting, feeding and caring for animals. We work in a collaborative, team-based practice, and you may be required to provide customer service to our clients while assisting in Reception and admitting appointments.
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation
- Self- Motivated and confidence
- Animal Handling experience required.
- Ideally 1+ years of Veterinary Assistant experience
