Veterinary Client Care Representative

Mill Bay Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Client Care Representative/MOA to join our Team to cover maternity leave with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right fit. The ideal candidate would be warm, outgoing, caring, and love working with animals. This position would require experience in customer service/administration, knowledge of computers, excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment. Veterinary experience would be considered a strong asset.

This is a full time position (4-5 days a week) and applicants must currently be eligible to work in Canada.

Located in beautiful Mill Bay B.C., just 30 minutes from Victoria and 15 minutes from Duncan. We provide small animal veterinary medicine including surgery and dentistry.

Open 5 days/week, our practice employs 2+ veterinarians, 3 RVTs, and a team of great support staff. We offer health benefits, exceptional pet benefits and uniform. Wages will be dependent on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
