The company goal is to become an Exxon-Mobil subsidiary. We will have 4 Divisions. Agriculture, Entertainment, Energy, Technology

```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Oversee and manage all departments within the organization
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for expansion and revenue generation
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards

```Experience```
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or equivalent
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and partnerships
- Demonstrated success in driving business development initiatives to achieve growth targets
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capability to inspire and motivate teams
