Purpose
The Vice President, Cloud Transformation Lead, Cloud Acceleration Program (The VP), provides strategic direction, leadership
and oversight on the delivery of the Cloud Acceleration Program ensuring business strategies, operations, plans, and initiatives are delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies
and procedures.
Accountabilities

-Lead the delivery of the Cloud Acceleration strategy and roadmap to accelerate growth as part of the P1 Strategic Priorities.

-Aligns strategic planning, related communication and change management activities with Operating Committee, Cloud Operating Board and EVP level strategies. Plans and monitors overall progress to ensure delivering on expectations and commitments.

-Drive active business engagement, building strong relationships with Business Partners, cross functional and internal teams to champion change and align Cloud Acceleration Program across the portfolio. Works closely with partner groups to optimize cross group operating model. Such groups include, OPCO, P1 Governance, Finance, Audit, Risk, Data, and Human Resources.

-Partner on the optimization, oversight, governance

and controls for Cloud Acceleration Program, including annual planning alignment.

-Lead the development of the Cloud Acceleration roadmap for the group and lead the prioritization to ensure alignment through evaluation and execution.

-Responsible for change management strategy, planning and execution the Cloud Acceleration Program, working with internal Bank Stakeholders, and external partners globally.

-Oversees operating financials planning and monitoring for the Cloud Acceleration Program, including operating budgets, project spend, capitalization and other financial measures.

-Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank’s risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.

-Manages the right balance amongst strategy, change execution and day-to-day operations. Spends time in a balanced manner and deliver accordingly.

-Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Education / Experience
-Experience driving the delivery of a large enterprise-wide change program.
-Executive gravitas with advanced problem solving and communication skills, highly collaborative, strong team player and influencer.
-Technology and Digital experience: understanding of Cloud, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, with exposure to digital transformation is an asset.
-Deep knowledge of global retail banking trends and industry is essential.
-Demonstrated experience managing strategy, process improvement and global transformations in large organizations, multiple geographies
and operating models.
-Proven ability to champion change, inspire a shared vision and promote key values driving urgency and execution.
