Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support our operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Duties:
- Assist with pruning, canopy management and harvesting crops
- Use hand tools to perform tasks

Qualifications:
- Experience operating tractors is an asset
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely
- Mechanical knowledge for maintaining equipment
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting and prolonged standing or walking

Salary: $15.20-$18.00 per hour
