Job Duties:
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure exceptional customer service at the Visitor Centre, driving superior business results.
- Monitor and surpass sales targets.
Strategic Leadership:
- Provides leadership to the Visitor Centre team.
- Liaise with the Executive Director to ensure strategic alignment.
Relationship Management:
- Foster productive relations with visitors, vendors for the Visitor Centre
Team Development:
- Mentor the Visitor Centre team, facilitating product knowledge.
- Provide leadership for summer employees program, ensuring maximum coverage and support.
Operations:
- Coordinate building maintenance, manage the Visitor Centre, and oversee vendor agreements.
Human Resources:
- Create a high-performance culture within the Visitor Centre.
- Establish clear goals and foster communication with Visitor Centre staff working under the direction of the Executive Director.
- Plan and manage incentives for the Visitor Centre.

Salary range offered:
- $22.00 - $30.00/hr depending on experience.
