This role is crucial for our team as it bridges the gap between our customers’ brand identity and their digital workplace design systems. The Visual Designer is pivotal in creating compelling digital experiences that inspire and motivate employees, ultimately enhancing organizational productivity and culture.
The impact you'll have
- You will consult with Customers to understand their brand identity and corporate culture, translating these insights into compelling digital workplace design systems, themes and image strategies.
- Our Customers will leverage your expertise in branding and image design to create motivating and delightful digital workplace experiences, fostering employee engagement and satisfaction.
- You will implement theme CSS using our internal tools, as a means to build live theme designs, learning and manipulating end CSS code that tailors digital workplace environments to reflect clients' unique brand requirements.
- By maintaining positive customer relationships, you are impacting Igloo's reputation for outstanding professional service delivery.
- Helping our entire team while becoming a product expert, by assisting with various implementation tasks such as building page wireframes, laying out new pages within our platforms, and implementing special enhancements.
- Contributing to improving processes, you will impact team efficiencies, customer experiences, and overall team satisfaction.
- By collaborating with our product and UX teams, and being the voice of our customers, you will impact the product features.
The keys to success
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on digital design and branding. Education in Graphic Design, Visual Design, UI, or related field.
- Highly accountable, collaborative, communicative, problem-solving, resourceful, organized, adaptable to a changing environment, and possessing a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in Figma for design mockups, ability to work collaboratively with developers, a working knowledge of HTML/CSS, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
