Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Manager. This is a 1-year On-site contract opportunity with a possibility of extension of up to 4 years. This role is with one of our public sector client based in Ottawa. The successful candidate must have a valid Secret level Security Clearance.

The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• ­Create clear and attainable project plans and schedules, build project requirements, and manage project costs, time, scope, and quality;

• ­Delivery of a large-scale cyber security program which includes planning, execution, implementation, and close out activities;

• ­Management of financial budgets;

• ­Management of resource plans;

• ­Management of project schedules;

• ­Stakeholder collaboration which includes, but is not limited to, our delivery partners and external vendors, and internal Stakeholders;

• ­Developing and presenting status reports;

• ­Management and oversight on dependencies;

• ­Supporting our project team members;

• ­Other day-to-day project management activities;

• ­Assistance with developing project business cases;

The Project Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• ­Must have a university degree or diploma in Business Administration or any related field;

• ­Must have 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager;

• ­Must have 5+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically related to organizational structure and design;

• ­Must be PMP certified or Prince2 Certified;

• ­Recent experience creating RFP, RFI or business case analysis;

• ­Experience working in a defence related environment is a strong asset;

• ­Must have experience creating a statement of requirement for one of the 3 areas below:

• o concept development,

• o equipment requirements,

• o organizational structure and design
