Job Requirements:

Education:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate an asset but not required

Experience:

• 1 year to less than 2 years serving experience preferred but not required
• No experience required - training available

Tasks:

• Address customers' concerns
• Serve food and drink at customers' tables
• Present bills to customers and arrange for payment with Event Coordinator
• Describe menu items including available add ons for customers
• Take orders and relay to kitchen
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Provide customer service
• Cleaning of tables
• Plating of food items (if/when needed - training will be provided)
• Washing of dishes (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc)
• Basic space cleaning: Sweeping, Wiping Tables, Wiping Menus, Cleaning up spills

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:

• Valid and Current Food Safe certification is an asset but not required

Transportation/travel information:

• Own transportation - Parking is available (street or lot)
• Public transportation is available within 500m of Event Locations
