### Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receiving Manager. As the Receiving Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving operations and ensuring the efficient flow of goods into our warehouse. This is a role that requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain management.
### Duties:
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments
- Collaborate with vendors and carriers to resolve any issues related to deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile any discrepancies
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize receiving processes
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to the appropriate locations
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
### Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
