Warehouse Associate

REPORTING TO:

- Director of operation, Envelope

RESPONSABILITIES :

- Collaborate with Logistic Group and oversee inventory level

- Create Transfer Order (TO) as needed in ERP

- Receive Material in ERP (using scanner)

- Reserve Material in ERP for Existing Sale Order (SO)

- Release Order from Sale Agreement (SA) as needed via ERP

- Create Sale Order (SO) in ERP

- Create Picking List via ERP

- Create Packing Slip via ERP

- Physically Prepare Order

- Schedule Pick Up with Transporters

- Create Purchase Order (PO) and it Reception in ERP

- Keep Workplace Clean and Safe

- Monitor Mobile Equipment Conditions and report any anomalies

- Contribute to the Annual Physical Inventory

- Perform any other tasks requested, as needed

REQUIRMENTS:

Education: High School Diploma

Knowledge: Formal Forklift Training Certificate (an asset), will need to successfully complete Mobile Equipment Training

Basic computer skills

Good physical shape

Warehouse experience (an asset)

ERP System, more specifically Microsoft AX Dynamics (an asset)

Personality: Good communication skills

Punctual, reliable and autonomous

Willing and able to learn new skills (such as ERP System)

Respectful of Peers, Workplace and Organization

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
