SalaryApex Distribution Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Warehouse Associate to join the team in Grande Prairie, AB. Apex Distribution is a dynamic oilfield supply and service company nationally recognized as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies.
This position is based out of the Grande Prairie Distribution Center. Apex Distribution’s Grande Prairie Distribution Center is a 6000 square foot shop that is situated on 5 acres of land. Apex has a large footprint in the area and currently operates 3 separate business units in Grande Prairie, one for the Distribution side of our business and the other two for Valve Services.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual that will be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments.
Some duties will include:
- Processing some paperwork and maintaining adequate records for reporting and tracking
- Preparing daily outgoing shipments
- Wrapping product, unloading and reloading crates
- Accurate loading and unloading of deliveries
- Maintaining an organized and safe work area
- Attention to safety, quality and detail is a requirement in this position, along with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Drug, Alcohol and Physical Abilities Test.
