Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

We are looking to hire an energetic Warehouse Associate to take on various after sales support tasks in our warehouse. This position is a hands-on role and include s daily computer work, data entry, testing products, opening and packing boxes, preparing boxes for shipment, investigating incoming boxes, and similar tasks. The ideal candidate needs to have administrative work and warehouse experience, and ability to accurately process data and use a computer.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, and process returned products.
• Segregate products into various categories, perform data entry, and when needed take photos of the items for record keeping.
• Perform checkup tests on products and note the issues.
• Disassemble / Dismantle products according to Company guidelines and policies.
• Work with dispute and processing teams across the company.
• Perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment
• Lift cases of product and/or stock merchandise
• Problem solve for cases of missing documents, shipments, deliveries, and products.
• Have a positive attitude and be supportive of other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a warehouse environment within technical work-related fields.
• Able to perform physical requirements of the role - Ability to carry/lift 15-50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime if requested by manager.
• Be a team player and collaborate effectively with others.
• Be organized, able to manage time, and prioritize tasks.
• Have a strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
