Warehouse & Customer Service Associate

Adecco is recruiting for a full-time Warehouse Associate to join one of Canada's premier wholesalers of industrial and construction products. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented environment, where employee development and a welcoming atmosphere are paramount.

• Pay rate: $23/hour

• Location: Vancouver, BC

• Shifts: Monday to Friday | 9 AM- 5:30 PM

• Job type: Full-time | Temporary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Help fulfill customer orders

• Handle phones

• Help customers with product need and suggestions

• Provide customer support to clients

• Perform shipper duties.

• Operating Stand-up Reach-Truck

• Label and wrap orders into boxes

• Perform general warehouse duties

• Keep the warehouse area clean and organized

• Lift items that weigh up to 50Lbs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience, including picking and packing

• Valid Stand-Up Reach-Truck Certificate with 2 years of operational experience

• Proficiency in RF Scanner usage

• Preferred experience in construction and Customer Service

• Health and Safety background is advantageous

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Professional demeanor and adaptability

• Attention to detail and reliability

• Steel-toe boots are mandatory

• Should have a criminal background check

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
