Responsibilities:
Help clients for their shipping, packing, printing, mailbox etc.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Upsell products and services to customers when required as per client needs
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
- English is required
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
