Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about the cannabis industry, particularly cannabis accessories. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service by maintaining knowledge of our products and assisting customers in finding the perfect items to meet their needs. While industry experience is an asset, it is not mandatory as we provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, including cannabis accessories
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Process transactions accurately using our Point Of Sale system
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Uphold compliance with all company policies and regulations regarding cannabis accessories sales

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry and cannabis accessories
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Must be 19 years of age or older (legal age for cannabis sales in British Columbia)
