Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Assistant to join our IT Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to Help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
  • Assist users with hardware and software problems
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and applications
  • Document all support activities and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a Help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
