The successful applicant will take on a variety of duties and responsibilities. They will complete customer service tasks to ensure the student has the best experience possible. Some other tasks include:

• Take calls from students and provide support for their inquiries

• Offer assistance to students with their questions in a calm, helpful and respectful manner.

• Work with colleagues to provide better customer service across the organization

• Complete tasks as asked.

Salary begins at $22. Only short- listed candidates will be contacted. Start date: Jan 8, 2024
