The job:
Create a welcoming environment by greeting visitors and staff, directing visitors
- Answer telephone, screen and forward incoming calls, or take detailed messages
- Maintain multiple email accounts
- Organize electronic and physical files
- Update and maintain internal contact list
- Keep reception area clean and well maintained
- Organize office supplies for the company
- Provide support for teams when necessary
- Minor housekeeping duties
- Other administrative duties, as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
