AddressMail room activities. Receiving mail and packages , arranging deliveries, delivering mail within offices, checking the printers on each floor and looking after office supplies and helping with moves, conference room set ups and meeting arranegements as well as helping with Reprographics as needed.
Storage planning and Day protter duties.
Qualifications
Administrative skills, basic computer knowledge and being able to handle heavy loads. More training will be proivided by the site.
