Willowridge Construction is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team in a Long-Term Site Services role! We are currently looking for a Site Services Superintendent to join our team. We offer a great work atmosphere, competitive wages and this position offers a long term employment opportunity.
Willowridge takes a customer service team driven approach to its Site Services delivery. With that, all team members, regardless of area of expertise or years of experience are expected to help with providing a complete Site Services solution for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Be a collaborative Site Services team member, with a focus on working together to provide a complete Site Services solution for our clients
- Participating in team safe work planning and execution strategies by utilizing our library of industry leading safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise small to medium size crews; civil, skilled trades, labourers, janitors etc.
- Delegate scope of work to crews on a daily basis
- Represent Willowridge in ongoing customer service client interactions
- Maintaining site housekeeping and professionalism
- Report daily and weekly on project deliverables
Experience
- Minimum 5-8 years experience on an Industrial Construction site
- Minimum 5 years experience supervising small to medium crews with diverse job scopes

- Clean D&A record
- CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
- H2S Alive
- Ground Disturbance
- Class 5 Drivers License and clean abstract
