What you’ll do:
This role is responsible for a variety of functions that include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring all incoming freight is received and put away in an accurate and timely manner and according to company policies.
- Responsible for ensuring all outgoing freight is shipped in a timely manner according to company policies and customer requirements.
- Receiving and verification of new and returned products, company assets and customer owned product.
- Picking and packing of consumables and parts.
- Shipping of all products to customers.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
- Administrative functions including inventory counts, preparation of documents and booking transport for shipments.
- Written and verbal communication with team members, vendors and customers.
- Work collaboratively to support all other areas of the business to meet the service objective of Quality and Service Excellence to exceed customer expectations.
- Other tasks as they arise.
Requirements:
The successful individual will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Experience in a Lead capacity is an asset.
- Experience in a warehouse environment (shipping, receiving, inventory) is required.
- Must be physically fit, able to reach up or reach down, and lift up to 45 pounds.
- Must be able to operate electric lift equipment (training provided).
- Some level of Word, Excel, Outlook or other data entry experience (automated courier terminal for example) is a requirement.
- Detail-oriented and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High School graduation or equivalent is a requirement.

Hours and Locations:
**Training will be completed in our Kitchener office with an expectation of some days to be on-site in Kitchener until we move to our Mississauga office in early summer.
- 8:00 am to 5:00pm (Approximate, to be determined with new location)
- Mississauga (Meadowvale area)
