SalaryPURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The purpose of this position is to follow up with customer inquiries, ensuring orders are complete and accurate. This position will also assist the Warehouse & Distribution (W&D) Manager with operations and pick and pack orders as needed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Abide by Allcard’s health and safety regulations
- Under the direction of the W&D Manager, delegate tasks to store workers and oversee their progress
- Train and integrate new employees
- Pick & pack final product, process shipment documentation and complete system transactions
- Ensure timely execution of shipments and validation of paperwork
- Follow up with customers as required, ensuring they receive, quick, friendly and efficient responses to all inquiries.
- Provide logistical support in receiving and issuance of materials from stores
- Perform administrative support for record keeping and documentation.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and complete timely reports
- Additional responsibilities as requested by your supervisor/manager
KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with a computerized inventory system preferred
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Customer service experience is considered an asset
- Able to work with minimal supervision

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
