Warehouse Person

The Gear Centre Group, a leading provider of powertrain parts and service for the automotive, heavy truck and off highway equipment industries.
Our Product Distribution Centre located in the west end of Edmonton is responsible for shipping and receiving of product lines to our retail and wholesale branches located throughout Alberta, Surrey, B.C., Mississauga, Ontario and Moncton, New Brunswick.
Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinating all shipping and receiving of products
• Recording and properly storing product received into inventory
• Occasional deliveries using a company half-ton truck may be required

Experience

• 1-3 years of previous warehouse experience would be considered an asset
• Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn other software programs as required

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy of all orders
• Reliability, self-starter with the ability to multitask
• Must have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driver’s abstract
• Current forklift certification is considered an asset
