Warehouse Shipper/Receiver

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day

Location: Edmonton Branch

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation.

Responsibilities:

· Processing orders through a computerized inventory system

· Shipping, receiving and tracking of parts and motors

· Forklift Operations (5,000 – 40,000lbs machines)

· Providing the shop support by picking part(s) and moving components

· Housekeeping and general warehouse maintenance

· Providing after hours On Call service on a rotational basis

· Complete Cycle Counting

· Filing incoming & outgoing paperwork

· Proper storage of incoming part components

· Keep the yard and cold storage clean and organized

· Receive all loose items and ensure they are returned to the proper location in the yard

· Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

· 5 yrs experience in a shipping and/or receiving environment and general understanding of warehouse operations

· Strong teamwork skills

· Experience with the operation of forklift and pallet jacks is required.

· Solid computer skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills

· Knowledge of SAP an asset

· Experience with jib crane and basic hand tools is an asset
