We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Warehouse Site Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Aldergrove, BC (EV Warehouse).
Reporting to the Director, Warehousing Services, you will be responsible for working with our 3PL partner agreements to achieve budget targets and providing Always Customer First service to our internal Retail Stores and B2B partners.

- Overseeing the daily operations of all our inbound and outbound loads entering or departing our distribution centers.
- Managing and directing our third-party warehousing and logistics 3PL provider in accordance with the execution of the contract agreement.
- All daily operations, policy and procedures, inventory on hand and shrink control with a focus on ensuring an uninterrupted flow of goods at the lowest cost.
- Building and maintaining a strategically driven cohesive team that projects team spirit that inspires and motivates exceptional performance.
- Fostering and promoting an environment that is focused on Always Customer First Service, people, and profit.
You have:
- 5+ years of experience in warehousing / transportation distribution management in a high volume fast paced environment.
- 5+ years of experience leading, motivating and developing a team and business.
- A bachelor’s degree or certificate in logistics, supply chain, business administration or related field: CITT, APICS CSCP.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Applications; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with warehouse and transportation management systems (WMS/TMS).
- Project Management experience is an asset.
