Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. You will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, and maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
Duties:

- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems, email platforms, and other office software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
